Hearts!

Ooo I am so happy today :) the door bell rang and it was the postie with a lovely package for me :)
It was my Heart item from a heart swap on Folksy. It was two wonderful fabric hearts from the wonderful Jo of cupcakejojo She didn't realise who she was sending it too, and it turns out She has one of my Prints, which is really special :) I recieved 2 hearts one in lovely creams which will fit in my bedroom really well and another in pinks with gingham check on the back ( I love gingham). Here is one similar from her shop.

On Monday at Ayre WI we had a lady come and show us how to ice a cake, well here is my result and I have to say I was quite pleased with it :) good job I took photos though, as Hubby proceeded to eat it!! lol

I have made some cards from my new painting, with a bigger image on the front and a matching magnet!

So its goodbye to 2010, in many ways its been a good year for me, we moved to our new house, my Art work did good, with sales on line and locally. There was some downs with health issues, but on the whole a much better year than the previous years seem to have been.

I want to thank each and everyone one of you who stop by and read my blog, twitter and facebook, it really does mean a lot to me, especially in my Art work, it is such an encouragement...THANK YOU

Thanks for all the support re my illness, I am at the hospital twice in the next week, so hopefully things will get sorted. I had more drama, when Hubby was rushed into hospital with kidney stones, he finally had to have an op! he is on the mend now, and at home driving me mad...lol

I was so very lucky to win a giveaway, I won some wonderful silver earrings ( which I am sending to my Sister), and this is the shop I won them from, take a peek her stuff is lovely!!

I did a Christmas Craft Fair last Sunday, and it went really well, I sold some cards, magnets, bookmarks etc, BUT I also sold an original painting! so I was really pleased :0
