Its in the bag!!

This something I have been wanting to do for a while, put my artwork on a cotton bag. I love the idea of putting my images onto a bag , and someone using them, but its great way of being green too! These are so easy to pop in your pocket, or bag and can be washed too!
The girl with kitty bag is16 by 14", the drawstring bag is smaller 8 by 9".

Frida love !!

I so loved doing the Frida paper dolls. Then at the weekend Hubby treated me to a new sewing machine, and today I made a Frida doll!!

Purplecats Paper Dolls

I am in a swap on http://www.atcsforall.com/ .Its for mixed media paper dolls. So I had a blast making these. Someone mentioned Frida Kahlo and that got me thinking, so 3 of them turned out Frida paper dolls!

A sign spring is on its way.

I have a beautiful sea of yellow at the top of my garden. My daffodils are bursting in to colour , giving a sign that spring is on its way! Its been such a long cold winter, I look forward to warmer days.
