I finished these new paintings today. They are both mixed media on wood. They measure 12 by 5 inches, and have lots of layers and depth.

Meet Gerri

This is Gerri, our beautiful new cat.

We got her from the MSPCA (cat rescue). She is a ginger tabby, and they guess 3 or 4 years old.She is making herself quite at home, and is a real lap cat! She has been following me around every where, and its hard to be on the computer as she wants to type too!

She was given her name by the vet who looked after her when she was brought in as a stray, he has a thing about the spice girls...lol. We think the name kind of suits her so we are keeping it. Although I may call her Princess Gerri !
